Stafford Well Being Show – Mind Body & Soul Experience – 13&14 August 2022

2 day Well Being Show held in spacious venue. Readers, therapies, retail stands – free talks and presentations, family event U16s FREE.

£5 – £8 £5 for a day or £8 for the whole weekend. And if you turn up for the Saturday then decide you want to return for the Sunday you'll only be charged £3 to top up your ticket to a weekend ticket.

What will Gary Creswell – The Life Improvement Coach be doing?

I will have my own stand at the event so please come along and say hi!
There will be the opportunity to have some free hints, tips, tricks for what you may be currently struggling with.
The new Rapid Card Coaching Sessions are now available for £5 where we build out a coaching session using cards and a worksheet. This uses the D.R.E.A.M model I created to move people forwards in their lives.
I am currently scheduled in for 2 talk
First talk is on the Saturday at noon in room 3 and this will be The Power of Self-Talk
Second talk is on the Sunday at 1pm in room 1 and this will be on The Wheel of Life this will be more like a workshop so you can map out how you feel the important aspects of your life are currently at then we look to create a road map on how we can improve that.
